The Crofting Bill has passed Stage 3 in the Scottish Parliament today.
While the changes introduced are modest, they represent important improvements to existing crofting law. Crucially, there is now a clear commitment from government to begin a comprehensive review of legislation within the next two years, paving the way for full crofting law reform in the future.
