5 glamping pods are situated in the idyllic coastal village of Mangersta in Uig, Isle of Lewis. This National Scenic Area is particularly noted for its numerous white shell sand beaches, rocky coves, turquoise waters, dramatic cliffs, gentle machair grasslands, carpeted with wild flowers during the summer months, and rich biodiversity of wildlife. We keep a small herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, Blackface sheep and grow fodder crops and vegetables on our working croft.

Mangersta Beach (a SSSI) and sea-cliffs are within 5 minutes walk of our glamping pods. The family friendly cabins sleep up to 4 people on 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The Shepherd’s Huts sleep up to 2 people on one double bed. All have their own kitchenettes, en-suite shower-rooms and shared access to a fantastic dry-stone walled fire pit for BBQ’s under starry skies. Dogs are welcome too.
