Skye & Lochalsh Meat Supply Group is taking forward a proposal to establish a Micro Abattoir Unit for the area. The abattoir will have a proposed throughput of a minimum of 800 sheep, 100 cattle and 130 pigs p.a.
Your opinion and input into the development process is greatly valued and will inform the business plan.
