Social crofting placements can be offered in a variety of ways to variety of people with wide ranging needs.

Social crofting placements can offer support to people with social, mental or physical needs.  Our case studies have found that placements can range from short term interventions to longer term placements that evolve round the needs of the person.  The gaining ground network seeks to discover more about the different models for social crofting to share examples of best practice and support others to make their first step towards offering placements.
