The Scottish Crofting Federation (SCF), is the only member-led organisation dedicated to the promotion of crofting and is pleased to announce the start of a new Training Project beginning 1 July 2016. Skills Boost is a 3 year project and we are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic staff to join our team. Applicants will need to be conversant with vocational rural training in the Highlands and Islands and a knowledge of working in third sector organisations would be advantageous. Past experience of managing and administering large European Projects is essential as is the ability to start employment on 1 July 2016.
