This course is suitable for both new entrant AND experienced crofters.

        An amazing opportunity to learn the basics of fencing on your croft with expert fencer Chris Humphries.

        Over two days you will be shown the materials, equipment and techniques needed for ground preparation; putting up basic stock fencing; rabbit netting; adding wire extensions for deer deterrence; minimum requirements for CAGS funding; fencing maintenance; and more!

        Isle of Lewis – 29/30th May 2026 – Grinneabhat, N Bragar
