The new food economy:
Towards a secure and sustainable future for food in Scotland:
This conference explores the challenges and opportunities for making Scotland’s food system fairer, greener, smarter, healthier and wealthier. From square foot gardening to feeding nine billion people in 2050, from reducing obesity to city-region food plans, from farm subsidies to meat and methane, we join up the dots.
