Celebrating the Spirit of Crofting Event
Rothes, Morayshire 5th and 6th October 2018

Celebrating the Spirit of Crofting #CroftSpirit18 is a two-day event hosted by the Scottish Crofting Federation (SCF) and funded by Moray LEADER.

This event is a celebration of crofting diversification and growth. The programme is a mix of presentations, workshops, networking opportunities and an awards ceremony on the first night that celebrates the contribution of young people in crofting.

The event offers an opportunity for knowledge transfer and inspiration and showcases small to medium croft enterprises from producer to consumer and explores the links and possibilities in these enterprise chains.

Further details, full programme and bookings will be released in due course….watch this space.

As part of the event there will be an evening awards ceremony and we are looking for any young crofter or aspiring young crofter to put themselves forward for either of two awards. Perhaps you know a suitable candidate and would like to nominate them for one of these prestigious prizes.

Entries open 18th May, closing on 15th July 2018.
