The Scottish Crofting Produce (SCP) Mark

The Scottish Crofting Produce (SCP) Mark is available to members of SCF who market their own produce and meet certain criteria (see attached).  There is a charge of £20 per year for SCP membership.  Members will receive the mark logo either electronically so as to print their own labels, or as a ‘starter pack’ of pre-printed labels.  Eligible produce includes meat, potatoes, vegetables, fruit, dairy produce, honey, eggs, wool, tweed, knitwear and craft products.  Application forms and criteria for meat and vegetable producers are available here. 

For other produce, please contact SCF head office in the first instance.  The SCP Mark will formally be launched at the SCF Gathering in Barra in October, but members can start to use the Mark as soon as their application is received and accepted.  There will be a website listing of SCP members in due course.
